At Avero Rotorua,

every element has been chosen with care — not for show, but for how it makes you feel. We wanted to create a place that blends the warmth of home with the quiet luxury of a modern retreat.

We loved the charming cottage-style exterior — it felt like something from a fairy tale. The bones were beautiful, so we chose to preserve as much of that original character as possible, carefully renewing the interiors to reflect a modern, timeless elegance.

Inside, the design is inspired by nature and simplicity. The black stone benchtop anchors each kitchen in quiet sophistication, harmonising with the matte black mixer and premium tiled splashback for a refined, cohesive look.

Beneath your feet, SPC wood-look flooring offers warmth and natural texture while providing a hygienic, easy-care surface — perfect for walking barefoot in comfort.

Each room features custom-crafted wooden details, soft lighting, and carefully selected furnishings. Block-out curtains ensure restful sleep, while sheer drapes let in gentle daylight during the day. Every suite is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and a new-generation air conditioning system with heating, cooling, and a dehumidifying function — maintaining comfort, freshness, and hygiene in every season.

Even our outdoor wooden soak tubs were chosen with guest wellbeing in mind. Unlike traditional spas that reuse and chemically treat the same water between guests, each of our tubs is filled fresh by you, ensuring a pure, personal soaking experience in naturally clean water.
