What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is 10:00am. Late check-out and early check-in may be available on request and may incur an additional fee and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. We do have late check-in available but this needs to be pre-arranged and pre-paid prior to your arrival.

Yes. Daily housekeeping is available—just switch the door sign to “Service Requested.” If the sign is not displayed, our team will respect your privacy and skip service for the day.

Yes. Each suite includes one designated parking space. Some spaces are not directly outside the unit but remain close and convenient.

No. Each tub is private to your suite and filled fresh by each guest, ensuring a hygienic and personalised experience.

No. Avero Rotorua is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including outdoor areas. Cleaning or deodorising fees may apply if this policy is breached.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes. A guest laundry is available on-site for a small fee.

Yes. All kitchens include an induction cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, cookware, cutlery, and essentials—everything needed for simple meals.

Please contact us in advance to request a cot. Availability is limited and additional fee may apply.

For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am.

We currently do not offer accessible or mobility-friendly units.
