Avero Rotorua – Cancellation Policy

By booking and staying with Avero Rotorua, you agree to the following cancellation policy. These terms apply to direct bookings. Bookings from other platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia may differ.


Direct Bookings – Standard Policy


• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the first night.

• If the booking is for multiple nights, the remaining nights may be cancelled without additional charge if we were notified 48 hours prior to the booking date.

 

Peak/Holiday Periods

During peak seasons, long weekends, or special events:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• Within 7 days, the full booking may be charged.

 

Non-Refundable Rates

If you select a non-refundable option:

• The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

• No refunds for cancellations, amendments, or no-shows.

 

Changes to Reservations

We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but it is subject to availability and may alter the rate. These changes must be made 48 hours prior to booking date (7 days during peak/holiday period).

 

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through Booking.com, Expedia, or another platform, their cancellation terms apply. We are not able to alter or cancel bookings made via other platforms. This will need to be done directly via the platform you made the original booking with.

 

Refunds & Payment Method

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, all refunds will only be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.


This includes:

• The same credit or debit card

• The same cardholder name

 

We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or alternative payment method under any circumstances.
