At Avero Rotorua, luxury is not only about how a space looks — it’s about how it feels.

Throughout our renovation, we made deliberate design choices to create a cleaner, more comfortable environment for our guests. We replaced traditional carpet with premium SPC wood flooring, chosen for its durability, ease of cleaning, and hygienic qualities. Guests are welcome to walk barefoot or without shoes, knowing the space is designed with cleanliness in mind.

Our suites are also fitted with new-generation air conditioning systems that include a dehumidifying function, helping to keep rooms fresh, dry, and comfortable year-round — particularly important in Rotorua’s climate.

From thoughtfully selected materials to small details like lighting, fittings, and finishes, every element has been carefully considered to support a calm, refined, and reassuring stay.
