Avero Rotorua – Terms & Conditions

By booking and staying with Avero Rotorua, you agree to the following terms.

 

Bookings & Payments

• A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. A debit card will not be accepted as a security.
• Guests without a valid credit card will need to provide a cash bond, which is fully refundable at check-out provided there are no charges or damages.
• Payment may be taken before arrival, on arrival, or in accordance with the cancellation policy. No check-in will proceed without payment.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

 

Check-In / Check-Out


• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Late check-in is available only by prior arrangement
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available by request and may incur a fee.

 

Guest Responsibilities


Guests agree to:
• Respect the property and all furnishings
• Keep noise to reasonable levels, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM)
• Take responsibility for any damage caused during the stay
• Ensure only the number of booked guests stay overnight
• Follow all safety instructions provided in the room

 

Non-Smoking Policy


Avero Rotorua is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, including all rooms, outdoor areas, and car parks.
Breaches may incur a deep-cleaning fee.

 

Prohibited Items


The following are not allowed on the property:
• Candles or open flames
• Illegal substances
• E-cigarettes/vapes (use or charging)

 

Damage & Excess Cleaning


Extra charges may apply for:
• Damage to property
• Missing items
• Stained linens or furnishings
• Excessive cleaning required
• Excessive odour
• Setting off smoke alarms or tampering with safety equipment

 

Parking


Each suite includes one designated car park. Additional or oversized vehicles must be approved prior to arrival.

 

Lost Property


Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Postage costs are the responsibility of the guest.

 

Refunds & Payment Method


For security and fraud-prevention purposes, all refunds will only be returned to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
This includes:


• The same credit or debit card
• The same cardholder name


We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, different account, or alternative payment method under any circumstances.
