What began as a charming cottage-style property with beautiful bones has been thoughtfully reimagined into a collection of warm, elegant and contemporary suites designed for comfort, calm and understated luxury.

Every detail of Avero Rotorua has been considered—from the rich SPC timber flooring and luxurious tiled bathrooms to our serene private soak tubs and spacious kitchens finished with stone benchtops and modern appliances. We redesigned each space to feel inviting, refined and deeply comfortable for couples, families, travellers and business guests alike.
